About Loyal Couriers
Loyal Couriers is an independent courier service in Türkiye. We coordinate the return of items that airports, airlines, hotels and other venues have already found and are holding — the authorisation, the collection, the packing and the delivery to the owner, in Türkiye or abroad.
What we do
Four parts of one return, coordinated by one team.
Authorisation
We ask the venue what it needs before it releases an item, and guide you through the written authorisation for our courier.
Collection
Our courier collects the item from the airport, airline office, hotel or other venue once it agrees to release it.
Packing
We pack the item for its journey, including phones, tablets and laptops, whose lithium batteries ship as dangerous goods.
Return delivery
We hand the parcel to DHL or UPS and send you the tracking, whether it is going across town or abroad.
How we work
- Your price is confirmed in writing before anything is collected.
- No payment before your item is collected.
- You see photos or a video of your item before we collect it.
- Each stage is confirmed in writing, so what happens next is never guesswork.
- Every parcel we dispatch has a tracking number.
What we are not
Being plain about this saves you time.
- We are not an airport, an airline, a hotel, a booking platform or an official lost-property authority, and we hold no official affiliation with any of them.
- We are not the carrier that completes the final delivery; DHL and UPS carry our returns.
- We do not search for items that have not been found. If yours has not been confirmed yet, the lost item guide explains who to ask first.
Where we work
We collect from venues across Türkiye, including Istanbul Airport, and send items on to their owners in Türkiye or abroad — most often to the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, the United States and the rest of Europe.
Our area pages cover Istanbul, Izmir, Ankara, Antalya, Mugla and Mersin, and the resort areas of Bodrum, Fethiye, Marmaris and Dalaman.
