If something has gone wrong, this is how to tell us and what happens next.

Draft, pending legal review

This is a draft. It describes how the site and this service actually work, but it has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. Please do not rely on it as a final statement of your rights. If anything here matters to your case, ask us on WhatsApp and we will answer plainly.

How to tell us

Message us on WhatsApp using the number shown throughout this site, or email support@loyalcouriers.com, and say plainly what went wrong. If your complaint concerns a case we handled, include whatever reference you were given — it lets us find the record straight away.

For a formal written complaint, write to Loyal Travel Ticaret Turizm Lojistik Ltd. Şti., Yenigün Mah. Mevlana Cad. Midtown Plaza B Blok No:54/B D:203, Muratpaşa, Antalya, Türkiye.

What helps us fix it faster

  • What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
  • Roughly when it happened.
  • The venue involved, if the complaint concerns a collection.
  • Any reference number from us, the venue or the carrier.
  • What you would like us to do about it.

What we will do

We will confirm we have received your complaint, look into what actually happened, and give you a straight answer — including when the answer is that we got it wrong.

We are not going to publish a response-time promise we have not tested. We will tell you when to expect an answer at the point we acknowledge your complaint, and keep you informed if it takes longer.

Complaints that are really about someone else

Some things genuinely are not ours to fix, and pretending otherwise wastes your time. If a venue refused to release an item, or a carrier lost or delayed a parcel, the complaint has to go to them — but tell us anyway, because we can usually say who to contact and give you the reference you will need.

If our answer is not good enough

You keep every right you have as a consumer, including the right to take the matter to the consumer arbitration committee or the consumer court where that applies to you.

If your complaint is about how we handled your personal data, you can also complain to the relevant data protection authority. The privacy policy sets out what we do with your data.

The exact routes for escalation are pending confirmation with our legal adviser.

Details still to be supplied

These pages name no company, address or written contact channel, because none has been supplied. Rather than invent them, the gaps are listed here so they are visible to you and to whoever reviews this page.

  • The company's tax or trade registry number. The brand document names the entity and its address, but not its registration number.
  • A decided retention period for case review requests.
  • Confirmation of which data protection law the business is registering under, and whether a representative is required for visitors in other countries.
  • Confirmation that the support@loyalcouriers.com mailbox is live and monitored. The address is published; the owner is setting it up.

This section comes out once the details are filled in.
