What we coordinate

Every service below starts the same way: a venue has confirmed it holds your item and agrees to release it. From there we handle the authorisation, the collection, the packing and the return.

Istanbul Airport lost property pickup

Collection from the airport lost-property office or an airline desk, once they confirm they hold it.

Airline lost property collection

Items handed in on board or held at an airline office, released to an authorised courier.

Hotel & short-stay rental lost item pickup

Front desk, housekeeping or a short-stay host — collected once the property agrees to release it.

International lost property shipping

Return across a border, checked against the destination, the item and the carrier's rules first.

Loyal Couriers is an independent service. We are not an airport, airline, hotel, booking platform or official lost-property authority, and we hold no official affiliation with any of them.

What it costs

These are the ranges we work within. Your own price is confirmed in writing before anything is collected, and you agree it before it happens.

Collection€60 – €130
Varies with urgency, what the item is, and where it has to be collected from.
Packing€5 – €20
Set by how difficult the item is to pack safely, and how many pieces there are.
Urgent collection+€40
Optional. Collection and handover to the carrier within 24 hours for your very urgent items.
Minimum service fee€60
Applies where collection is unhurried, dispatch is not urgent, or the item needs only simple packing.
Carrier — Europe€30 – €70
For a standard box: a phone, a tablet, a laptop and similar.
Carrier — United States€40 – €70
Same box sizes. Larger items are quoted individually.

We ask for no payment before your item is in our hands. If a collection turns out not to be possible, there is nothing to pay for it.
If an airport charges a storage fee while your item is waiting, we pay it on your behalf and pass it on at cost, with the receipt.
There is no surcharge for one city over another. Carrier charges are calculated on weight or volumetric size, whichever is greater.
