Arriving Before Hotel Check-In?
Landing in the morning with a room that is not ready until the afternoon is a common problem. After you have collected your checked baggage and left the arrivals hall, we can take your bags from an agreed meeting point at the airport and deliver them to your hotel later, so you can start the day without them.
Checking Out Before a Late Flight?
If you have to leave your room hours before a late flight, we can collect your bags from the hotel after check-out, keep them for you, and hand them back at an agreed meeting point at the airport before you check in for your flight.

A request becomes a booking only once the arrangements and the price have been agreed with you.
Hotel and Airport Handover Arrangements
Hotel handovers take place at the hotel, usually at reception. Airport handovers take place at a meeting point we agree with you in a permitted public area.
On arrival, you reclaim your own checked baggage and complete the arrival procedures before you hand your bags over. On departure, please allow enough time for airline check-in and security. We do not check bags in to a flight, bypass security or provide passenger transport, and we do not guarantee a fixed time.

We currently arrange this service in Istanbul and Antalya only. If you are travelling somewhere else in Turkey, message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you whether we can help.

Who we are, and who we are not
Loyal Couriers is an independent service. We are not an airport, airline, hotel or booking platform, and we hold no official affiliation with any of them. Availability, handover points and terms are confirmed with you in writing before anything is booked.
