The short version

When you visit this site, Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits and show us which pages are used.

We run no advertising pixels, no heatmaps and no social tracking scripts, and the advertising features of Google Analytics are switched off.

This site is operated by Loyal Travel Ticaret Turizm Lojistik Ltd. Sti., Yenigun Mah. Mevlana Cad. Midtown Plaza B Blok No:54/B D:203, Muratpasa, Antalya, Turkey, trading as Loyal Couriers.

The sign-in cookie for staff

When a member of our own staff signs in to the admin area, we set a single cookie so the site remembers they are signed in.

  • Name: lc_session.
  • Purpose: keeps a signed-in staff member signed in. It is strictly necessary for the admin area to work at all.
  • Contents: a random token. It holds no personal data and nothing readable.
  • It is marked httpOnly, so page scripts cannot read it, and SameSite=Lax, so it is not sent from other sites.
  • It expires when the session ends, and signing out removes it.

A visitor never receives this cookie. You would only ever have one if you had signed in to the admin area yourself.

What happens when you leave for WhatsApp

Our WhatsApp buttons open wa.me, which is operated by WhatsApp. Once you are there you are on their service, under their terms and their cookies. We have no control over that and no visibility into it.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google and loaded through Google Tag Manager. Its cookies are named _ga and _ga_ followed by an ID; they let it recognise a returning browser and count visits and page views. To stop it, block cookies for this site in your browser settings or install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

These pages name no company, address or written contact channel, because none has been supplied. Rather than invent them, the gaps are listed here so they are visible to you and to whoever reviews this page.

  • The company's tax or trade registry number. The brand document names the entity and its address, but not its registration number.
  • A decided retention period for case review requests.
  • Confirmation of which data protection law the business is registering under, and whether a representative is required for visitors in other countries.
  • Confirmation that the support@loyalcouriers.com mailbox is live and monitored. The address is published; the owner is setting it up.
