Lost and found support in Antalya
Antalya cases look different from city cases. Almost everyone has already flown home, the item is sitting in a resort hotel or the airport lost property office, and the return crosses a border. That shapes what we can do, and how long the first step takes.
Where we can collect in Antalya
Antalya Airport lost property
The terminal’s lost-property office and airline desks, once they have confirmed your item and set out what they need before release.
Resort and city hotels
Housekeeping stores and front desks, from large all-inclusive resorts along the coast to hotels in the old town.
Airline desks and offices
Items handed in on board or held at an airline office. Each airline sets its own conditions and holding periods.
Car rental desks
Holiday rentals returned to an airport desk, a branch or a depot — a common place for things to be left behind.
Venues, parks and excursion operators
Attractions, boat and tour operators and event venues that are holding an item after a visit.
Other approved collection points
Restaurants, beach clubs, shops and other places in the province holding a confirmed item.
Listing a collection point is not a claim of affiliation with it. Every collection depends on that venue’s own release requirements, which differ and are checked case by case. We can only attend a point that has agreed to release the item to an authorised courier.
Returned to their owners
Real returns: items our team collected and handed back, photographed at the point of handover.
How a collection in Antalya works
- 01
The hotel or airport confirms it holds your item
This has to come from you first. Message the hotel directly, or contact the airport lost property office, and ask them to confirm in writing along with any reference number.
- 02
You send us the details
Which venue is holding it, what the item is, when you left, the reference they gave you, and the address it should be returned to. We verify those details with the venue.
- 03
Authorisation for collection
Most venues release an item only to an authorised representative. We ask what they require — usually a written authorisation naming the courier — and confirm with you whether it can be met.
- 04
Our courier collects locally
Once release is authorised, our courier attends the hotel, the airport office or the rental depot and receives the item.
- 05
Packing, quote and your approval
We review the item’s suitability for shipping, choose appropriate packing and confirm the price with you in writing. Nothing is dispatched before you have agreed it.
- 06
Return, usually across a border
We book the return with a carrier and pass on whatever tracking that carrier issues, then confirm each next step in writing until the item is back with you.
Districts we collect from in Antalya
Antalya city and the airport
The airport sits in Aksu, and the central districts hold most of the city hotels. Most collections happen here. Districts: Muratpaşa, Konyaaltı, Kepez, Aksu, Döşemealtı.
The resort coast
Most holiday items are in one of these — a hotel along this stretch, or a rental desk serving it. The distances are real: Alanya is roughly two hours from the airport. That affects the quote and the scheduling, not whether we can go. Districts: Alanya, Manavgat, Serik, Kemer, Kumluca, Finike, Demre, Kaş, Gazipaşa.
Inland districts
Less common, but the same process applies once a venue there has confirmed it holds the item. Districts: Akseki, Elmalı, Gündoğmuş, İbradı, Korkuteli.
Before you contact us
Nothing can start until a venue has confirmed it holds your item. In Antalya that usually means the hotel, because most items are found in a room after checkout.
- Message the hotel directly — reception or housekeeping — rather than the booking site.
- Ask them to confirm in writing that the item is held, and to describe it.
- For something left on the plane or in the terminal, contact the airline and the airport lost property office.
- Ask whether they will release the item to an authorised courier.
We do not search for missing items, and we cannot ask a venue to look on your behalf.
Timing, and why the season matters here
Antalya is seasonal. In peak months hotels are busy and lost property stores fill quickly; out of season some properties reduce staff or close entirely, and reaching the right person takes longer.
Neither changes what we do, but both change how long the first step takes. Contacting the property early makes a real difference — some hold found items only for a limited period.
We do not guarantee a timeframe. We tell you what stage your case has reached rather than estimating.
Returns from Antalya to another country
Almost every Antalya case ends with a cross-border return, which adds rules that neither you nor we control. Whether a return is possible, and what it involves, depends on the destination, the item, customs requirements and whether the carrier will accept it.
We review the item and the destination before accepting a case, and we tell you if a return is not possible rather than collecting first and finding out later.
Destinations and transit times are published under international lost property shipping. What we will not promise is a delivery date: clearance at the destination is decided by its customs authority, not by us.
What it costs
Our rates are published in full on the services page: collection is €60–€130, packing €5–€20, and there is a €60 minimum service fee. Where your case lands in those ranges depends on what the item is, where in the province it is held, the packing it needs and where it is going — a collection in Muratpaşa and one in Alanya are not the same journey.
We confirm the price with you in writing before anything is collected. If a collection turns out not to be possible, there is nothing to pay for it.
Antalya questions
Who we are, and who we are not
Loyal Couriers is an independent service operating in Türkiye. We are not an airport, airline, hotel, booking platform or official lost-property authority, and we hold no official affiliation with any of them. We act only once the venue holding your item has confirmed it and agreed to release it to an authorised courier.
